Several causes.: There can be several causes. Most common is infection including STD's usually associated with other symptoms like burning urine or discharge from penis. Testicular trauma , excessive sexual activity or masturbation, inflammation of the testes or prostate are other cause. Rarely prostate or testicular cancer is a possibility.
