Allergies: Consider seeing an allergist. You can use over the counter allergy medication such as sudafed and claritin (loratadine). Consider wearing a mask when outside.

Dust mites: Dust mites thrive/grow in climates with high humidity. Avoidance measures for dust mites including hot water washing, encasement for pillow, mattress, dehumidification and vacuuming especially in the bedroom are helpful. Allergy medication like antihistamines and nasal steroid sprays are very effective. If still miserable, allergy injection may be indicated. An allergist can help!
