Probably yes : Lost of taste and smell are common symptoms with Covid-19, as well as flu like symptoms. Isolate yourself, but call your doc for a test to verify your diagnosis. Costco is now selling Covid tests, but do speak with your doc so symptoms can be managed, and should you become worse, will have a plan. Good luck

Most likely: Apparently loss of smell is common with a lot of respiratory symptoms, so is fever. So could be, need to be tested.
