Hi i wanted to ask if i should be worried that most times i pee it goes sideways around me and i have to wipe outside my private area too near my lower buttocks. this started to happen after an abortion and last year september. should i be worried?

I think this warrants an examination by a urologist as you most like have a urethral stricture which may be treated by urethral dilatations.

Not worried too much. Just have yourself examined by a Gyn or Urologit for any reason in the vulva or vaginal area.
