From : From your description, it sounds like he may have had an area where the edge of his circumcised foreskin developed and adhesion that may have pulled off causing a raw area that can sting when urine contacts it. What you are describing as a pimple may be some 'smegma' which is a collection of material that was trapped under the adhesion that released. Vaseline will soothe the area. If it continues to be painful, have your grandsons pediatrician take a look.
