Lower neck & shoulder area(my left) over 2 days. a bean shaped nob appeared under my skin. this is hard and very sensitive. skin was a red in the area for the first two days. this happend on the 24th of oct. ?

Infection: This may be an infected inclusion cyst, infected ingrown hair or early abscess(boil). Apply warm, moist compresses for 15 minutes 4 times a day, pat dry,apply antibacterial ointment, cover with gauze, fix with paper tape,sterilize surrounding skin with isopropyl alcohol if pus drains. See an MD if increase in pain, swelling,spreading redness.
