Mal de Debarquement : Mal de Debarquement (MDD) is a rare and poorly understood disorder of the vestibular system that results in a phantom perception of self- motion typically described as rocking, bobbing or swaying. It can be initiated by being on a boat, but it can also be triggered by sleeping on a waterbed or airplane travel. Treatment is Clonazepam or vestibular rehabilitation.
