20f lost 20% of my body weight since march. puerto rico & my mental health suffered from the pandemic. all blood tests came back normal, besides slightly elevated sed. also been having night sweats, and occasionally cramping pain near the ovary?

Work up: In the presence of night sweats and abdominal pain, weight loss should be further investigated with imaging. Depression is likely part of the picture, but should not be assumed as the only cause as it cannot explain above symptoms. Best would be to return to the doc who started workup as he or she will have the best view on your symptoms.
