Uethritis?: Ordinarily, the urethral opening in men should not be that open or sensitive to touch by clothing. This can happen, though, if the area is inflamed (urethritis), which may simply be due to excessive irritation caused by frequent masturbation/ejaculation or may signal fungal, bacterial or Chlamydial infection. Do a self-assessment and act accordingly, including wearing less restrictive underwear.
