Depends on goal: Details matter. Whether "cellulite cream" does what the user wants it to do depends on what the user's goal is. A cream goes on the surface of the skin and does not change the connective tissue fibers that run from the surface down to the deeper skin. Therefore, a cream would not alter the appearance created by those connective tissue fibers.
