Cat bite: When was your last tetanus shot? If it has been over ten years - recommend getting another one. Cat bites can easily lead to serious infections. May sure the area is kept clean and monitor for any signs of infections.

No: It takes weeks for the virus to make it to the brain of the host ( in your case would be your cat) and then to pass to the salivary glands so that it can get further inoculated. Not to mention that your cat is already vaccinated. Ultimately, not all stray cats carry rabies and rabies cases are tightly tracked by public health agencies. Other infections cannot be ruled out.
