Estrogen: I am a believer in prescribing long term estrogen like estradiol in women who have lost ovarian function prematurely, usually from bilateral oophorectomy. However, this would be unwise or dangerous in women who still have their uterus. Since I don't know your medical history or gynecological status, it's best to direct your question to your physician or gynecologist.
