Will surgery help my 4th toe tear in ligament/tendons? dpm says healed as much as possible from toe trauma. only surgery to repair but i won't feel any better afterward. pain top toe. under toe feels swollen but is not. options? none given to me?

Seek second opinion : Your description sounds like a complicated condition without X-rays and examining the foot. My recommendation would be to seek second and third opinions.
