No worry: 10 days after surgery without pain is expected . I assumed it was laparoscopic .Masturbation or intercourse shouldn’t cause any harm to surgical side nor pain . Check with your doc after surgery - follow up visit but otherwise go on with normal life , exercise as tolerated . Maintain healthy weight .
