A member asked:

Hi, can you get rabies if you were bitten by a kitten that hasn't had its vaccine?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Depends: Rabies risk is a regional issue. Some places in the world have no rabies. In the US regional health departments are updated about rabies activity in their region. A pet with no access to wild animal exposure would not be considered a risk while a feral one might. I would contact a local health agency for guidance.
