COVID 19 concerns: COVID 19 sx’s: dry cough, shortness of breath, chest tightness, nasal congestion, sneezing, fever, headache, sore throat, feeling tired, loss of sense of taste/smell, decreased appetite, nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, chills & muscle aches. Some people with COVID 19 infections develop GI symptoms.

Can u have a virus (covid, flu) And only have muscle aches and fatigue? Had both shots n booster. And flu shot. But over last 24 hrs. Had bad muscle aches and pains and some fatigue. No cough or cold symptoms?
