You forgot one important number, you calcium (Ca) level. If you do not have a kidney disease, I assume you had intact PTH level checked because you had had high Ca level for ruling out primary hyperparathyroidism. If your calcium is borderline high, you likely have primary hyperparathyrodism even the second number is still within normal limit. You should not take Ca if your Ca is high.
