No: Nothing you are describing suggests you could be pregnant at all, much less 22 weeks. A 22 week pregnancy would be quite obvious. If you continue to be so anxious about this, talk to your doctor about getting a pelvic sonogram.

No: Modern pregnacy tests are extremely reliable, and it is very unlikely you are pregnant. However i urge you to see you doctor as you may have other concerns.
