Talk to your doctor: Clearly most of what can be done to prove you are not pregnant has been done, so there must be other explanations for your symptoms. You have not stated your age so i can't guess reasonably at which of many possibilities is your correct diagnosis, but a gynecologist should be able to figure this out.
