Dr. should evaluate: Most of the time, a headache is not dangerous. However, during pregnancy, it can be a sign of preeclampsia/eclampsia, when blood pressure becomes elevated and protein appears in the urine. You should consider visiting your doctor to make sure you aren't developing preeclampsia.

Could be normal: Pregnant women get headaches, just like anyone else. However, if trying tylenol (acetaminophen) doesn't help or the headache is getting worse and/or if you are having visual changes such as seeing spots or floaters or your vision is blurry; these could be signs of preeclampsia and you need to contact your doctor for followup.
