My interstitial cystitis is taking over my life. the instillations made it worse. it's like the catheter or anything touching my urethra/bladder makes it worse. i eat healthy and azo is the only thing that helps me.what can i do???

Follow all instructions re. IC. Avoid acidic. food and drinks . Do not give up. treatment and relief is there. Suggest you see a Urologist specializing in IC at an academic medical center. Good luck
