A member asked:

Is the fluid when a female virgin orgasms, a sensual vaginal or clitoral orgasm, only coming out the urethra? basically squirt, or can it also come out the vagina when she's a virgin and have it like a cream substance?

Dr. Jay Park answered

See below: Mucus is secreted from Bartholin's glands and vaginal lining cells in the course of female sexual act/stimulation. Unlike men, there is no squirt of any fluid following an orgasm in women.
