By testing: Even though testing is not 100% correct with both false positives and false negatives it remains the only recognized way for detecting COVID infection.

COVID 19: Testing seals the diagnosis. COVID 19 sx’s: dry cough, shortness of breath, chest tightness, nasal congestion, sneezing, fever, headache, sore throat, feeling tired, loss of sense of taste/smell, decreased appetite, nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, chills & muscle aches.
