My eldest brother has been diagnosed with ftd and his condition has been deteriorating rapidly.i had 2x of my fathers sisters also affected by dimentia and both of them also deteriorated rapidly and passed on.do i need to take any tests .

FTD dementia: I have nor idea what FTD means as it could’ve many things. Never use abbreviations in medicine. I sounds like there is a familial inherited dementia in your family. Discuss with your team about a detailed family tree and if there are any genetic tests for these issues.
