Flu Shot: Recommend that you do get your influenza shot (whether or not it has been many years since you last had one). This year could be particularly problematic because influenza and COVID 19 can have a significant overlap in symptoms. If you do conceive, it is best to be protected. Please get that flu shot. Take care.
