It depends. There is risk to every medication including aspirin and Tylenol. Meds can cause bleeding, stomach ulcers, and other serious problems. Risk is higher if you are taking other medications, herbals, supplements. Talk it over with your internist. Consider other ways to manage your sleep - warm beverage, reading, meditation.
