No need to wait: Even though some resources continue to recommend finbal conclusive HIV testing at 3 months, with the AgAb tests it isn't necessary; 6 weeks or more (more accurately, 45 days) is conclusive and most authoities now recommend 6 weeks. Your negative result at 7 weeks is proof positive you weren't infected.
