Common: Aero as usually resolve on their own. Keeping pressure on the area may help but time best option. If persists for more then several months or increases in size may need it evacuated with a needle.

Time: Obviously, there are many factors that go in to this such as the type of hernia repaired, repair technique, and you medical history. In general, most seroma will resolve on their own in weeks to months. Persistent seromas or those that are causing problems may need to be drained. See your surgeon to find out for sure. Best of luck.
