Good skin care: Be gentle to your skin: use dove white bar unscented soap for bathing, keep the water lukewarm (never hot), and liberally apply moisturizer (cerave cream is one of my favorites) after bathing. You may consider using an oral antihistamine like zyrtec (cetirizine) as well.
