Talk to GP: Many cancers progress with no significant symptoms early in the disease and there is no specific symptom for cancer. Among many others pain, weight loss, persistent low grade fever in no specific order may accompany cancers in different stages, but none diagnostic of cancer. Talk to your GP if you have any persistent symptoms.
