My bestfriend got diagnosed with herpes on her genitals. i took a bite from her bowl using her spoon and also slept in the same bed as her. im not sure if she has oral herpes but ive never seen a cold sore on her mouth. should i be worried or get tes?

No risk, no worry: Even if your friend has an oral infection in addition to genital, the virus is rarely if ever transmitted by sharing eating utensils, drinking glasses, etc. Likewise, household contacts of people with genital herpes NEVER catclh it unless they are also sex partner -- despite years of sharing toilets, showers, towels and kitchens. No worries and for sure you should not be tested.
