Always feel like there is a hair stuck in back of my throat, always feel need to clear my throat, especially after eating. it isnt difficult to swallow, but also a lot of the time feels like i have a lump in my throat?

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor, preferably an ENT doctor. Your symptoms are suggestive of inflammation or other lesion in the throat . Wish you good health!
