No way to know: Other than an in vitro fertilization, there is no way to make sure that you will have a boy or a girl baby. Each baby gets chromosomes from the mother and the father. The mother has 2 x's and the dad has an x and a y. If they combine to make xx, you will have a girl. If they combine to make xy, you will have a boy. It really depends on which type of chromosome comes from the father.
