Bactrim: Bactrim would not be one of the drugs selected to treat herpetic infections.

No: Genital Herpes is a viral infection and needs to be treated with an prescription antiviral such as Valtrex. Bactrim is an antibiotic and only treats bacterial infections. It cannot be used to treat Genital Herpes.
