Probably normal: The only way to determine your sperm health is to have a sperm analysis. Sperm production starts at the onset of puberty (between 10-15) and increases in quantity and quality into your 20's. Most likely, your sperm are normal. Talk to your Dr at your next annual checkup. They can examine your penis and testes to make sure they are growing appropriately.
