Gum pain: The real question is that is it originating from the gum or due to Trigeminal Neuralgia. If there is no gum cause (like dental work, inflamed gums, bad teeth) then I would lean more to Trigeminal Neuralgia. PLease have your doctor take a look at it and also perhaps the dentist
