A member asked:

Hi, i am in my teenage years and it feels like im not growing taller, i am 173 cm and i haven't grown in 1 year, does this mean i have stopped growing or am i going to grow taller in later years? is there any way to grow taller?

Likely/unlikely: Most males finish growing taller at 16-17. Potential for future growth is present if the growth centers remain open which can be determined on an x-ray of the wrist/hand. If you have not grown taller in a year you are likely done. There aare no diets/exercise/meds/etc. that can make you taller after the growth centers close.
