Likely/unlikely: Most males finish growing taller at 16-17. Potential for future growth is present if the growth centers remain open which can be determined on an x-ray of the wrist/hand. If you have not grown taller in a year you are likely done. There aare no diets/exercise/meds/etc. that can make you taller after the growth centers close.
