i'm on parole and was field tested positive for oxycodone. i have not touched drugs in over 30 years, the po sent the sample away for testing. will the sample still test false positive?

Not necessarily : Screening has a very low threshold and will pick many false positives due to cross reactions. In these cases confirmation tests are used and many times they reverse the initial result as they are much more specific to the actual drug initially reported as positive. If you know you did not touch the respective drug, you should not worry.
