Hi i'm unsure if i should take a ducolax overnight tablet. i have had a dull ache at the centre area since yesterday morning and cannot sit. i had bowel mvt this morn but now feel stool and slight urge on and off but nothing comes out if i go to loo?

Constipation: If you have the urge to have a BM but can't, insert a glycerin rectal suppository or dulcolax suppository. A gentle fleets enema may be needed. If you have severe abdominal pain, distension, tenderness or vomiting, go to the hospital emergency room as simple constipation shouldn't cause those symptoms.
