Ive had vaginal bleeding for 3 days over the past 2 weeks, could this be implantation bleeding or something else? ive had abdominal pain every now and then and also experiencing a burning sensation when i pee but only when there is blood?

Can't diagnose: This would not be implantation bleeding. There usually is not bleeding with implantation. When it does occur there is a minute amount of blood.
