Rash after sex: Please see your gynecologist right away to determine cause. Usually an infection takes a few days to develop, but it can't be completely excluded in this case. One of the other reasons you may have similar symptoms, may be an allergic or irritant reaction to anything used during sex, like gliding gels, contraceptive medications or condoms. This needs an evaluation as soon as possible.
