Catch up: If you miss one pill, the next day take two pills (most people do a little better if they take 1 pill twice a day until they are caught up). If you miss two pills, take two pills a day until you are caught up. If you miss 3 pills take two a day until you are caught up but realize that you may not be protected from pregnancy.
