If you take junel 1/20 birth control on time everyday but miss one what is the percentage chance of pregnancy?

"Missed bcp": On low dose oral bcp's as mentioned, missing an active pill in the cycle can cause spotting , but will not stop protection from pregnancy. If a placebo pill is "missed" and the first "active" pill is delayed, pregnancy is possible.
