Could be normal: Most penis growth occurs during puberty, though there may be continued growth into a man’s early 20s. Puberty usually begins between the ages of 9 and 14 and lasts up to five years or so, depending on the age at which it starts. Depending on the start of your puberty, this may just be part of the normal variation for you individually.
