I have an annoying echo in my left ear, i can hear it with all sounds (when i talk, when other people talk, radio, tv etc) what should i do?

Get exam: Have an MD look in your ears. There may be cerumen (wax) build up in one making an echo in the other, you may have fluid behind the eardrum or have eustachian tube dysfunction. Probably an easy fix once someone looks in your ears.
