Little or no risk: People rarely lie about HIV/STD status when asked directly, and the chance your date has an active, transmissible infection is low. The very brief exposure, wihtout ejaculation, also lowers the risk. All things considered, there is zero risk of HIV for all practical purposes, and very low risk for other STDs. I wouldn't worry about it and don't recommend testing on account of this event.
