My ft3 level is low , 2.51 pmol/l, i'm on arv from 2017 and gaining weight, menstral cycle stopped as well. the gp that i went to didn't prescribe anything , she said we need to wait for 6 months. s-tsh - 1.29 miu/l , ft4 - 15.5 pmol/l. no treatment.
