It would be better to find out which of the 2 you actually have and treat that issue. But, there is no contraindication to using them at the same time. A yeast infection is likely to worsen if you use an antibacterial gel like metronidazole so, if your symptoms worsen, you can stop using this treatment. If your symptoms persist, see a doctor for diagnosis so the correct treatment can be given
