Maybe/not: The standard practice of whoever you are treated by will vary with the type of practice & method of recordkeeping. In general their work notes are considered their property, not yours. State & federal rules entitle you to seek copies if you wish & specify type of records,time allowed for production & the cost to you for making them available. Check with the office for their procedures.
