Could be normal: A small amount of brown red discharge is typical in early pregnancy and is not concerning. If it continues or if the discharge becomes true red spotting, you might need to see a Dr for a pelvic ultrasound. For now, take it easy, rest, lots of fluids and nutritious foods.
